Zoe was very professional and understood our needs. You can instantly see her professionalism and individualized attention to her customer. Philip was great from the beginning of the process to the end. 4 years ago me n my wife had a horrific experience trying to buy a house n subsequently lost interest in being a home owner n Lost $7000 in the process. So we were skeptical this time around. Phillip n Zoe Munoz made buying this house the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had. They were transparent through n through. I had just decided to purchase another home in November, 2021. I called a local realtor, and was referred to another one by someone else. I did not find any home that met my criteria. So I decided to look for homes on my own viewing different home sites.

Then one day I got a few listings from Ms. Zoe. I did see some homes that I was interested in. She called me and introduced herself. By Providence, our relationship was like a good marriage. I let her know what I was interested in, and she would send me home listings in those categories. If I were to tell her to add something are take away something from my search, she would do just that. She would call me every now and then and/or text me just to see how things were coming along, and if there was anything else that she could do that perhaps could make my home buying experience more successful. Her texts and calls were never overbearing are pushy, they were calls and texts of concern on my behalf.

I was already in the process of being pre-qualified with another lender, but I had not heard back from them the time. Ms. Zoe asked if it would be okay with me to speak to a reputable lender that she had had dealings with, and I told her absolutely. After talking to this lender, I was immediately pre-approved for a loan amount that met my desire.

Once a couple of homes were to my liking, Ms. Zoe was always quick and professional in seeing to it that I would be able to go and view those homes. There never was a time when she was too busy to accommodate me. If she could not do it at my availability, she would have her assistants accommodate me to the viewings.

After I finally found my dream home, the process went very smoothly and quickly, with Ms. Zoe negotiating and advocating with and for me all the way to the actual purchase of the home which is now mine as of December 14, 2021.

I would highly recommend Ms. Zoe as a professional, caring , concerned, polite, knowledgeable, and a dynamic realtor. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. I am completely satisfied with my home buying experience through such a dynamic person as Ms. Zoe. Thank you.

My Fiance and I have started to look into buying a house we talked to a couple realtors and lenders and just felt like they were not doing enough for us.
